Services for Billy Eugene, Starns, Jr, 62, of Ada, were held Monday, February 14, 2022 at High Hill Baptist Church, Rev. Randy Golden officiated.  Burial followed at High Hill Cemetery.

Mr. Starns died Tuesday, February 8, 2022 at a Metaire, LA hospital.  He was born April 30, 1959 in Ada to Billy E. and Dean Miller Starns, Sr. He graduated from Byng High School.

He worked 18 years for the Chickasaw Nation in different offices.

Survivors include his mother, Dean Starns, Ada; daughter, Courtney Smith and husband Cameron, Ada; son, Jayden Starns, McAlester; grandchildren, Camden, Delilah, Lillian and Jaxon; brother, Gary Starns and wife Susie, Ada; niece, Misty Stephens and husband Brandon; nephew, Cheyenne Starns and wife Brittney; two half-brothers, Roger Lackey, Fitzhugh and Darrell Lackey, Sulphur; a host of cousins and one aunt, Mary Jo Rains, Ada and cousin, Jackie Williams.

He was preceded in death by his father, Billy E. Starns, Sr.

Bearers were, Frank Starns, Larry Starns, Ed Smith, Ronnie Miller, Michael Miller and Keith Miller.
