Margaret Lackey

Services for Billie Margaret Lackey, 86, of Roff are 10:00 a.m. Thursday at the Roff First Baptist Church, Rev. Tony Folger will officiate. Burial will follow at Dolberg Cemetery.

Mrs. Lackey passed away Saturday, September 8, 2018 at her home. She was born August 4, 1932 at Whitesboro, TX to Albert and Lucille Gaitlin Murphey.

She married Bill Pierce in 1953. He preceded her in death December 23, 2006. She later married Don Lackey. He preceded her in death January 14, 2014. Mrs. Lackey was a homemaker and a member of the Roff First Baptist Church.

Survivors include four sons, Bill Pierce, Jr. and wife Nancy of Colorado; C. A. Pierce and wife Linda of Hennepin; James Pierce and wife Dawna of Pauls Valley and Mike Pierce and wife Fredia of Roff; a daughter, Sharon Spikes of Roff; 13 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren; a sister, Donna; a brother, Leroy Murphey; and numerous other family members.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husbands; a daughter, Sandra Shaw; two granddaughters; and a sister, Marie.
