NADINE JONES
ALLEN-Graveside Services for Nadine Jones, 88, of Allen, are 2:00 p.m. Monday at the McGee Cemetery near Stratford, Rev. Earl Hood will officiate.
Mrs. Jones died Saturday, October 4, 2014 at an Oklahoma City hospital. She was born December 3, 1925 in Stratford, Oklahoma to Robert E. Lee Freeman and Florrie Virginia Smith Freeman. She attended Stratford schools and graduated from Stratford High School.
She married Johnny Jones. He preceded her in death February, 1986. Mrs. Jones and her family moved to California and moved back to Happyland several years ago. Mrs. Jones was a dairy maid for Hogue Dairy and she attended the Pentecostal Holiness Church.
Survivors include three sons, Jackie Jones, Sr. of Ada, Randy White of Auburn, CA, and James White of Kingston; two daughters-in-law, Beverly Sanders White of Tupelo and Roberta McEuin White of Austin, TX; two sisters, Ora Mae White, Oklahoma City and Virginia Stone, Galey; eight grandchildren, Joe Edwards, John Edwards, Alecia Pollock, Samantha Wright, Christina Morris, Jimmy White, David White, Jr. and Jackie Jones, Jr.; and 15 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; two sons, David White and Johnny Jones, Jr.; a daughter, Marilyn Edwards; four brothers, R. L., Troy, Leroy and Bill Freeman; and two sisters, Mary Niblack and Betty Waddle.
