Services for Betty Ann Smith, 79, of Ada, are 10:00 a.m. Wednesday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel. Service officiated by Scottie Wayne Cushman. Family will receive visitors Tuesday evening from 6 to 8 at Criswell Funeral Home.

Mrs. Smith passed away July 24, 2020.  She was born February 14, 1941 at Bebee, OK to Roy and Evelyn Turnpaugh Cushman.

She graduated high school and married Wendell Smith July 1, 1960 in Ada, Oklahoma. He preceded her in death January 24, 1998.

Survivors include two daughters; Sonya Chronister of Ada, OK, Wynotha Fortune and husband Larry of Oklahoma City, OK; two granddaughters, Danielle Wilson and husband Glen of Ada, OK, and Amy Phillips and husband Jeff of Wynnewood, OK; grandsons Aaron Fortune and Jason Fortune of Oklahoma City,  great grandchildren, Hannah Armstrong, Christopher Armstrong, of Ada, OK, and Keira Phillips of Wynnewood, OK; Athena Fortune and Roland Fortune of Yukon, Ok, two brothers, Don Cushman and Bob Cushman both of Ada, OK, and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her four brothers; Royce Cushman, Pete Cushman, Jack Cushman, Scott Cushman; and sister, Mary Jo Cushman.
