Services for Elbert "Bert" Lynn Kellogg, 83, of Francis are 1:00 p.m. Monday, February 6, 2023 at Ada First Baptist Church, Rev. Harold Ware will officiate. Burial will follow at Cedar Grove Cemetery.

Mr. Kellogg died Tuesday, January 31, 2023 at an Oklahoma City hospital. He was born September 7, 1939 in Cedar Grove, near Francis, to Sidney and Ruth Parker Kellogg.

He married Barbara Lee and she preceded him in death. He later married Joan Harrison. Mr. Kellogg owned and operated Bert's Supply, an industrial supply hydraulics company.

Survivors include his wife, Joan Kellogg, of the home; a son, Stephen Kellogg and wife Phyllis; a step-daughter, Deidra Jackson; three step-sons, Mark Ross, Michael Ross and Darren Ross; three grandchildren, Brendan Kellogg, Leandrea Huddleston and Matthew Huddleston; and a great-grandchild, Cody Lynn Huddleston.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Barbara; and a brother Jerry Kellogg.
