BEAULAH KENNEDY
ADA-Graveside services for Beaulah Myrl Kennedy, 89, Ada, are 1:00 p.m. Monday, January 14, 2008 at Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mrs. Kennedy died Monday, January 7, 2008 at a local nursing home. She was born August 24, 1918 at Ada, Oklahoma to Bruce and Addie Dyer Click. She lived in this area most of her life and graduated from Ada High School in 1936.
She married Sam Kennedy on October 9, 1938 in Seminole, Oklahoma. He died October 11, 1979. Mrs. Kennedy was a homemaker and a former member of the Ada First Baptist Church.
Survivors include a daughter, Sammie Smith and husband David, Ada; a son, Dr. E. W. Kennedy and wife Sharon; five grandchildren, Chris Kennedy and wife Sherri, Jeff Kennedy, Stacey Collins and husband Brian, Denver, Colorado, Kellie Haning, Colorado Springs, Colorado, and Dustin Smith, Muskogee; nine great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, three brothers, Clyde Click, Claud Click and Audrey Click, and one sister, Ethel Bennett.
