Barbara Cameron

Services for Barbara Ruth Cameron, 73, of Ada, are 2:00 p.m. Monday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Mr. Stuart Rising will officiate. Burial will follow at Centrahoma Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. Sunday at Criswell Funeral Home.

Mrs. Cameron passed away Sunday, March 12, 2017 at her home. She was born October 14, 1943 in Coal County, OK to Earnest "Doyin" and Leona Ruth Harbin Stonecipher. She graduated from Tupelo High School.

She married Edward Lee Cameron May 29, 1964 at Lula. He preceded her in death on November 27, 2008. Mrs. Cameron was a homemaker.

Survivors include her son, Robert Cameron and wife Sabrina of Maud; a daughter, Lecia Gibson and husband John of Jupiter, FL; brother, Larry "Kent" Stonecipher and wife Jackie of Ada; sister-in-law, Sherry Stonecipher of Bache, OK; four grandchildren, Audreana Cameron of Palm Beach Gardens, FL, Natasha Cameron, Maud, Chance Gibson and Corbin Gibson, both of Jupiter, FL; several nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; a brother, Darrell (Stoney) Stonecipher; and her maternal and paternal grandparents.

Bearers will be John Gibson, Paul Newport, Jeff McGaugh, Quinn McGaugh, Tracy Graham and Tyler Graham.
