JOHNNY WORCESTER
ADA-Services for Arlington Johnny Worcester, 66, Ada, are 2:00 P. M. Thursday at Faith Baptist Church, Rev. Toney Buck officiating. Burial follows at Seeley Chapel Cemetery in Connerville. Visitation will be at the home at 1217 N. Bolton in Ada beginning Monday evening until 10:00 A.M. Thursday, and wake service will be held at 7:00 P.M. Wednesday at the home.
Mr. Worcester died on Sunday, April 3, 2011, in a Shawnee hospital. He was born August 11, 1944, in Talihina to Nickolas and Lillian Sealy Worcester. He attended Sequoyah school and was a laborer, working in Seminole and Oklahoma City.
Survivors include a daughter. Channon Worcester, Oklahoma City; four grandchildren, Arron King, Dahnichia King, Geremey King and Damian King, all of Lawton; four step-children; four sisters, Robin Fulsom and husband Weldon, Ada; Della Miller and husband Alvis, Ada; Gevena Worcester, Oklahoma City; and Rose Worcester, Oklahoma City; sister-in-law, Melissa Worcester, Weleetka; three brothers, Douglas Worcester and wife Mary, Ardmore; Nick Worcester, Davis; and Edward D. Worcester, Eagletown; two uncles, Melvin Worcester, Ada; and D. D. Worcester, Lone Grove. He was preceded in death by his father and mother, Nickolas and Lillian Sealy Worcester; four brothers, David Worcester, Cleveland Worcester, Gilbert Worcester and Willard Worcester; grandparents, Arlington and Nora Colbert Worcester; three uncles, Emerson Sealy, Clifford Sealy and Johnson Jackson; and three aunts, Leora Sealy, Frances Jackson and Ruby Berryhill.
Bearers are Billy Martin Jr., Edison Sealy, Weldon Fulsom, Ronnie Miller, Geremey King and Arron King. Honorary bearers are Ronnie Checotah and Dalton Carpenter.
