Anthony “Tony” Seaver

On August 27, at the age of 43, Anthony (Tony) Reese Seaver ran into the arms of Jesus.

He battled cancer for two years so bravely, without ever losing his faith, positivity, or joy. He lived every day of his life exuding kindness, love, and a calm gentle demeanor.

His wife and children were his entire world, only coming in second to Jesus. He proudly served his country in the Marine Corps for almost 13 years. His military friends knew him as Sgt. Sexy Pants, a title given by his wife. Afterwards, him and his family settled in Ada, Oklahoma.

Tony loved baseball, Go braves! He was also a huge fan of the Georgia Bulldogs and the Atlanta Falcons. He loved group sports although they didn’t always like him. He handled being accident prone with a laugh and never let it stop him. His favorite sport was bowling. He also loved extra extra pulp orange juice but not oranges…. More than those things, he loved dogs, especially his six fur babies.

Tony was an inspiration to the youth he coached in baseball as well as those he ministered to at The Refuge.

He always thought about others before himself and would have given the shirt off his back for anyone in need.

He was incredibly loved by everyone he encountered and will be deeply missed. His legacy lives on through, his wife of 21 years (Crystal Seaver), his daughter (Tristan Sulkey), and his sons (Reese and Brayden Seaver).

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that those wishing to offer support, consider making a monetary contribution to help with the financial needs of the family. Any support is deeply appreciated and can be made through The Refuge church in Ada.

Services will be held on September 5 at 2:00pm at The Refuge Church, 1001 Tipton Terrace, Ada, Ok
