ANNA MCCOY
ADA-Services for Anna Beatrice McCoy, 89, Ada, are 10:00 a.m. Friday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Floyd Kaiser will officiate. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.
Ms. McCoy died Tuesday, March 25, 2008 at a local hospital. She was born June 15, 1918 at Ada, Oklahoma to Ted Beverly and Carrie Nina Carpenter McCoy. She lived in this area all her life, graduated from Ada High School, and attended East Central State College.
Ms. McCoy was employed with Southwestern Bell Telephone in the business office, retiring in February 1981 with 39 years of service. She was a longtime member of Southwest Church of Christ.
Survivors include a sister-in-law, Doris McCoy, Elk Grove, California; two nieces, Carol Boles, San Leandro, California, and Merry Anne Boles, Elk Grove, California; two nephews, Jerry McCoy, St. Anthony, Idaho, and Charles E. McCoy, Tucson, Arizona; 12 great nieces and nephews; and 13 great great nieces and nephews.
The family says those who wish may make memorials to Southwest Church of Christ, 505 W. 17th, Ada, OK 74820.
