ANNA LOVELADY
ADA-Graveside services for Anna May Lovelady, 91, Ada, are 2:00 p.m. Friday, October 12, 2007, at Rosedale Cemetery, Rev. Ray Talbott will officiate.
Mrs. Lovelady died Tuesday, October 9, 2007 at a local nursing home. She was born December 30, 1915 at Morrilton, Arkansas to Nathan Martin and Ora Edna Massey Boyles. She graduated from Stonewall high school, and later from East Central University with a Teaching Degree.
She married Mike Wilson Lovelady on August 27, 1944 in Arizona. He died in February, 1978 at Little Rock, Arkansas. Mrs. Lovelady was member of Oak Avenue Baptist Church. During WWII, she was employed in the Aircraft industry. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star and was a volunteer at the Ada Nutrition Center for many years.
Survivors include a niece and nephew, and good friend, Sue Bingham, of Ada.
