COURTNEY PALMER
ALLEN-Services for Anna Courtney Palmer, 24, Allen, are 2:00 p.m. Saturday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Joseph Mullins will officiate. Burial will follow at Steedman Cemetery. A Wake Service will be held 7:00 p.m. Friday at Criswell Funeral Home. A reception will be held after the service on Saturday at the Marie Bailey Building.
Ms. Palmer died Tuesday, September 23, 2008 at a Tulsa hospital. She was born July 17, 1984 at Ada, Oklahoma to Bobby Joe and Ethel Lou Smith Palmer. She graduated from Talihina High School in 2002 and also attended Carl Albert Junior College. Ms. Palmer was a file clerk for the Chickasaw Nation and of the Pentecostal faith.
Survivors include a daughter, Kiersten Anna Mae Palmer, of the home; four brothers, Adrian Smith, Ada, Jason Alan Smith, Norman, Robert Joseph Palmer, Allen, and Sgt. Jeremiah Jacob Palmer, Oceanside, CA; a half-sister, Tjuana Palmer-Hill, Ada; her fiancé, Chance Beasley, Morris; and five nieces and nephews, Tyrah Smith, Titus Smith, Whitney Rose, Braden Rose, and Bryce Joseph Palmer.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Bearers will be Scott Hooseman, Nathan Mullins, Floyd Smith, David Smith, Adrian Smith, Jason Smith, Robert Palmer, and Jeremiah Palmer. Honorary bearers will be Victor Smith, Chad Smith, Malcolm Smith, Larry Bryant, James Ray, and Kyle Ingram.
