Memorial services for Anita Louise “LouAnn” Ragland, 67, of Ada are 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 24, 2026 at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Richard Hood will officiate.

Ms. Ragland died Wednesday, June 17, 2026 in a Prague nursing home surrounded by her family. She was born July 7, 1958 in Ada, Oklahoma to Delbert and Carolyn Louise York Weller.

Anita was employed as an LPN at Valley View Hospital, Chickasaw Nation Medical Center, and private doctor’s offices and home health services over the years.

Survivors include her son, Justin Ragland of Ada; daughter, Carrie Forbis and Danny Wood of Ada; two grandchildren, Gracie Ragland and Izzy White; and other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Ryan Ragland; sister, Kim Henley; and nephew, Cord Henley.
