ADA-Services for Angela Jane Brooks, 38, of Ada, are 10:00 a.m. Monday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Shawn Wiebers will officiate. Burial will follow at Oakman Cemetery.
Ms. Brooks died Wednesday, September 25, 2013 at an Ada hospital. She was born January 4, 1975 in Ada, Oklahoma to Waymon R. D. Brooks and Charlene Corter Brooks. She graduated from high school and attended college. Ms. Brooks was a homemaker and attended Crosspointe Church.
Survivors include a daughter, Hayley Brooks, of the home; two sons, Jeffery Graham, Jr. and Matthew Graham, of the home; two brothers, Bill Carey and wife Diana of Ada and Paul Brooks of Ada; a sister, Denisa Carey of Ada; and other loving relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Tammy Carey Roberts.
