DOCK TRACY

ADA-Services for Andrew Paul "Dock" Tracy, 88, Ada, are 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, September 26, 2007, at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Carl Hayes will officiate. Burial will follow at Lightning Ridge Cemetery. The Chickasaw Honor Guard will conduct military honors at the cemetery.

Mr. Tracy died Monday, September 24, 2007 at an Allen nursing home. He was born June 12, 1919 at Roff, Oklahoma to Guy A. and Bessie Anderson Tracy. He attended Roff schools.

He married Anna Elnora Kelley on October 24, 1942 at Roff. She died March 8, 1994. Mr. Tracy was a retired lifetime union carpenter and later he was a Christmas tree retailer in Ada for several years. Mr. Tracy served in the U. S. Army during World War II.

Survivors include two sons, Terry Tracy and wife Cayla, Ada, and Gary Wayne Tracy, Argyle, Texas; two grandchildren, Dr. Chae Tracy and his wife Dr. Monya Tracy, Austin, Texas, and Dr. Breca Tracy, Austin, Texas; one brother, Bob Tracy and wife Judy, Gainesville, Texas; and a sister, Arnita Langston, Ada.

He was preceded in death by his parents, four brothers, Jim, John, Ben, and Harley Tracy, and three sisters, Mattie Lou Waters, Bonnie Hodges, and Dovie Chambers.

Bearers will be Jackie Brewster, Ron Jones, Phillip Skillern, Chuck Walker, Paul Choate, and Roger Elliott.
