Services for Amber Michelle Hammons, 34, of Ada are 10:00 a.m. Friday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel.
Amber passed away Monday, October 19, 2015 at an Oklahoma City hospital. She was born June 25, 1981 in Ada to Dennis Lloyd and Phyllis Faye Newberry Hammons. She graduated from Ada High School.
Amber was employed with New Horizons.
Survivors include her mother, Phyllis Hammons of Ada; her father and step-mother, Dennis Hammons and Theresa of Ada; a sister, Cassie Burrows and husband Aaron of Ada; brother, Isaac Hammons of Ada; and many other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her maternal and paternal grandparents.
