Ada Loftis
ADA-Services for Ada Marcille "Marcy" Vance Loftis, 91, of Ada are 10:00 a.m. Saturday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. John Haynes will officiate. Burial will follow at Vamoosa Cemetery.
Mrs. Loftis died Thursday, February 19, 2015 at an Ada hospital. She was born July 10, 1923 in Ada to Calvin Sharp and Mary Lou Jinks Vance. She attended school at Konawa and Vamoosa.
She married George Schwab May 3, 1951. He preceded her in death June 28, 1973. She later married Jack Loftis on September 2, 1998 in Oklahoma City. He preceded her in death on October 13, 1998. Mrs. Loftis was a homemaker and a pianist and was affiliated with the Church of Christ.
Survivors include a son, Tony Calvin Schwab; two daughters, Vickie Elaine Canady and Angela Lorraine Schwab; her grandchildren, Kimberly J. Schwab, Tonda Davis, Shane Schwab, Wade Chase, Robin Chase, Christian Canady, Elijah Canady, Sunshine Canady, Dylan Schwab and Dieter Schwab.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and two sons, Vance Edward Schwab and Gregory George Schwab.
